Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain the Brand Imagery across India.
Planning & Execution ATL & BTL.
Closely working with the designing team for new layout for Sales Promotion Campaign.
Vendor finalization for fabrication & maintenance of the fixtures and existing counters.
Create innovative Merchandising options (counters, display stands, counter top, Podiums/CDU) P.O.P. materials (Booklets, leaflets, posters, danglers etc.)
Designing Brand Guidelines.
Create strong visibility and Brand recall through market dominance in all formats.
Vendor Management & costs control.
Ensure timely execution of Quotation / Estimates / PO /Dispatch and receipt of Display Materials in designated area and timely submission of vendor bills for payment.
Pre and Post evaluation of marketing activities.
Drafting schemes for retail customer to achieve sales target.
Preparing yearly Marketing calendar and budget.
Below the Line/ Above the Line (BTL/ATL) Marketing and Operations
Developing Marketing communication tools
POP/POSM Materials arrangement
Graduate , MBA
Desire Profile –
Candidate should have minimum 5 yrs experience as Marketing Manager.
Should have good communication skills, should be well versed in Hindi & English.
Should be well versed in computer applications like MS Office, Email etc
Salary: Negotiable for right constraint -40 to 50 k ctc
